SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our New York facility. 
Each item undergoes a final authentication review before dispatch.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)
- Standard (3–5 business days): FREE on orders over $200
- Express (1–2 business days): $25 flat rate
- NYC & Boston Local Pickup: Available, contact us at hello@rewave.us

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to select countries. International rates calculated at checkout.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

INSURANCE & SIGNATURE
All orders are fully insured and require an adult signature upon delivery for security.

TRACKING
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you don't 
receive tracking within 3 business days, please contact us.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours 
of delivery (or expected delivery) and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
