RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY REWAVE specializes in authenticated pre-owned luxury items. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and inspected by our in-house experts before listing.

Please read carefully: 

  1. RETURN WINDOW  You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any reason. Items must be returned in the exact condition they were received, with all original packaging, dust bags, authenticity cards, and tags (if applicable). 
  2. ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN  - All bags, accessories, and clothing in original received condition - Items must not show any signs of additional wear, damage, or alteration
  3. NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN (Final Sale)  - Jewelry that has been worn, sized, or altered - Items marked "FINAL SALE" on the product page - Items damaged after delivery
  4. AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE  If you believe an item is not authentic, contact us within 14 days of delivery with the third-party authentication report. We will issue a full refund including shipping if proven inauthentic.
  5. RETURN PROCESS  Email returns@rewave.us with your order number and reason. We'll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
  6. RETURN SHIPPING  Standard returns: $25 return shipping fee deducted from refund. Authenticity disputes (verified): Free return shipping.
